So, I got the matcha set after a lot of research on how to correctly prepare matcha. Let me tell you I would buy it all over again, if I had to. The bowl is so beautiful and looks like there is not another bowl like it because it’s handmade. Both the whisk and the scoop are made out of bamboo which is amazing because metals do tend to change the chemistry of the actual drink. The whisk holder is handy because you don’t want to have your whisk lose the actual shape that will help create the froth on top of the Matcha.
And best for last the Matcha is so great just popping the tin open for the first time it released an amazing scent and it tasted even better. Ceremonial Matcha is quality and I’m very happy with it and cannot wait to prepare more drinks. Personally I use my Matcha with hot water first (a little) then pour it over hemp milk mix and then add some coconut or almond creamer. It is to die for. I would absolutely recommend for anyone who’s starting out their matcha journey to definitely invest in the set it’s worth it and I treated like my baby.
