Yes, we offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75 (order total must equal $75+ after discounts are applied, before tax).
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is offered on anything over $75.
How long will my order take to ship?
We pack and ship orders every Monday and Friday so orders may take 3-5 business days to ship unless stated otherwise.
How can I track my order?
Once your shipping label is created, tracking is sent to the email you provided at checkout.
There was an issue with my delivery. What should I do?
If you have any issues regarding you order, please email us at orders@junbishop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team is committed to responding to all inquiries within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons, response times may extend to 7-10 business days due to higher volumes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! Shipping rates do vary based on total package weight of order.

Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
