How to Prepare Matcha White Chocolate Popcorn

"What's poppin'?" you ask? 😉🍿 Today we'd like to share a holiday treat that is sure to bring holiday cheer! Our Matcha White Chocolate Popcorn is irresistible and could possibly make great reindeer bait.
You can enjoy it on its own but it's also completely customizable for a fun Christmas activity. We're thinking pretzels, holiday sprinkles, red and green M&Ms, almond slivers, and mini marshmallows.
Yup,  we're packing it on!
So go put on your favorite holiday playlist and let's head into the kitchen!

Here's what you'll need: 

1 bag (9 oz) of white chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil, or unsalted butter
1/2 tsp Junbi matcha
1/2 cup popcorn kernels

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

sprinkles
almond slivers
red and green M&Ms
mini marshmallows

Here's how to make Matcha White Chocolate Popcorn: 

STEP 3: SOME THINGS ARE WORTH MELTING FOR

STEP 4: SIFT IT IN

Sift in your matcha and mix until fully incorporated

STEP 5: COAT YOUR POPCORN

Drizzle in the white chocolate matcha to your popcorn and toss to coat.

Allow the popcorn to cool and matcha white chocolate to harden.
