Don't throw out the little tag on your straw! It's full of baby flowers that are just waiting to bloom. Here's how to plant them:
- Give the paper a good water (really soak it!), place it into a pot with soil, and cover with a thin layer of compost. The paper can be torn into smaller pieces & planted in a few pots.
- Water well — the paper needs to stay moist until your seedlings are well established.
- Place the pot somewhere warm & sunny, water regularly, and wait until seedlings appear.
- When your seedlings have grown, you can re-pot them or plant directly into a garden!
