Never Received My Order after 3 Weeks from Label Created Date

I love the product but after waiting 3 weeks and contacting Junbi twice without a reply (after 2 weeks and then again at nearly 3 weeks) and still not received my subscription order. I’m done ordering from them. I’m sure there are other suppliers that has better customer service with good or better Matcha.

Never fulfilled

Never received the product, tracking says label has never been created. My husband also ordered it as a stocking stuffer but his order was not fulfilled either. No response from customer service. Second time experiencing order fulfillment issue. Cancelled subscription. Will no longer be ordering from this company.

. Lacks something

It’s a little light and doesn’t have the creamy taste. Lacks something. Taste a little like Starbucks without sugar.

Matcha Reiwa

Wasn’t a matcha person before but since I have been told the Junbi Reiwa matcha was great I thought to myself to give it a try. Definitely love it and going to come back ordering more of it.
