How to Make Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam to top your Matcha
Here's what you'll need:
PUMPKIN CREAM COLD FOAM
4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
Junbi electric whisk
MATCHA LATTE
2 oz water
1 tsp Junbi matcha powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 oz hot water
8 oz milk of choice
ice
Here's how to make the
Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam topping:
Prepare your matcha latte.
Add the pumpkin cream cold foam ingredients to a separate cup. Using your Junbi electric whisk, mix until it has a light, foamy consistency. Be sure not to mix too long as it will be too thick!

Pour the cold foam over your matcha latte. Sprinkle the top with pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
