Never fulfilled

Never received the product, tracking says label has never been created. My husband also ordered it as a stocking stuffer but his order was not fulfilled either. No response from customer service. Second time experiencing order fulfillment issue. Cancelled subscription. Will no longer be ordering from this company.

I didn’t think it could get any better, but it does

I’ve been using the daily ceremonial matcha pretty much every morning to substitute morning coffee and thought it was great. I decided to give Reiwa a try and wowww.. the richness of the matcha. I definitely got that burst of energy just from half of my usual cup on the morning. Definitely feels like a special occasion matcha to me LOL
