Matcha, cheesecakes, and brownies are already sooo good on their own. But when you combine them all... you get this beautiful, fudgy dessert! Junbi matcha provides a subtle, savory tone, making it the perfect complement to a sweet brownie base.
This recipe was first introduced to us by Claire from our Marketing Team and the moment we tasted them, we just knew we needed to share it with you!

Here's what you'll need:
Matcha Cheesecake Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp Junbi Matcha
4 oz white chocolate chips (melted)
½ cup sweet rice flour (or all purpose flour if gluten is not a concern)
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
5 ½ oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp unsalted butter (diced)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Makes 16 brownie squares
Here's how it's done:
STEP 1: PREPARE OVEN & PAN
STEP 2: PREPARE MATCHA CHEESECAKE
STEP 3: MELT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE
STEP 4: ADD DRY INGREDIENTS
In the same bowl, add granulated sugar and whisk, then add eggs & vanilla extract and whisk until combined. Sift in sweet rice flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and salt, then (you guessed it!) whisk until smooth.
Optional: Fold ½ cup white chocolate chips into the batter.

STEP 8: SWIRL AWAY
STEP 9: BAKE
