How to Prepare a Blueberry Matcha Latte

We could blue-barely wait to share this recipe with you! Seriously.

Not only will this Blueberry Matcha Latte make you feel like a super cool matcha scientist... It’s also packed with plenty of antioxidants & Vitamin C — your body (& taste buds) will thank you! 

Here’s how it’s done:

 
Prepare Blueberry Puree

STEP 1: MAKE THE BLUEBERRY PUREE

Blend ⅓ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon of white sugar (or sweetener of choice) & 2 ounces of water for 15 seconds on high.
 

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR MATCHA SHOT

Add 1 teaspoon of matcha and 2 ounces of water to your bowl.

STEP 2A: WHISK AWAY!

Whisk in an “M” & “W” motion. You’ll know it’s ready when your tea looks smooth and frothy, about 30-45 seconds.
 
Mix together

STEP 3: LAYER YOUR DRINK

Fill the cup halfway with ice, then pour the blueberry puree. Gently pour 6 ounces of your choice of milk, followed by your matcha shot.
Share your creation

STEP 4: SHARE, MIX & ENJOY!

I don’t have any blueberries. I have strawberries or a bag of frozen mixed berries? Will that work?
